Delivery Policy

Postage is free within the Republic of Ireland for all orders with an order value of EUR100 ex vat or more.

The Postage charge within the Republic of Ireland for orders with an order value of below EUR100 ex vat is EUR6.00 ex vat.

UK Deliveries

We deliver to the UK and the following rates apply:

Orders up to 30 kgs in weight: EUR20.00 ex vat Orders between 30kgs and 60kgs: EUR30.00 ex vat

Larger orders/pallet rates will be quoted and agreed at the time of receipt of your order. Single items can also be delivered to the UK by post. Postage will be charged at cost.

Mainland Europe/Other

We deliver to mainland Europe, and to other destinations. The postage/delivery charge will be agreed when the order is received, and will be based on the actual delivery costs to be incurred. We endeavour to keep delivery charges to a minimum and we have established existing relationships with a number of international carriers.

Delivery Times

We normally deliver within three days from receipt of your order – subject to stock availability. If the item(s) required are out of stock, we will advise you of this at the time of placing your order, and give you a revised delivery schedule.

If your order is for a custom made product, we will advise you on the estimated delivery time at the receipt of your order.

Tracking numbers will be available for any UK and overseas order. We despatch overseas using airmail or recognised international courier services.

A Next Day Delivery Service is available for the Republic of Ireland and UK customers. Please advise if you require this service, and the charges will be agreed based on your specific order.

We make every effort to deliver within the time stated , however, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will advise you when your order has been despatched. If you do not receive your goods within the delivery time estimated, please contact our office and we will endeavour to assist you.
